Is helpa free to join?

Yes — joining helpa is free. No fees, no subscriptions. Verify your account and you can start posting tasks or earning straight away.
Where is helpa available right now?

helpa is live in Abuja — sign up and use it today. We are coming to Lagos, Kano, and more cities very soon. Join now and we'll tell you first when helpa reaches your city.
How do I sign up and start using helpa?

Open helpa-lac.vercel.app → tap "Sign Up" → enter your name, email, and phone number → verify your number → you're in. If you want to work as a Helpi, you'll also verify your NIN. The whole thing takes under 5 minutes.
How are Helpis verified?

Every Helpi verifies their NIN and phone number before they can take any job. Their trust score is built from real completed jobs and real reviews. Nobody works on helpa without being checked first.
What if a job goes wrong?

Your money stays safe until you confirm the job is done — you will never be forced to pay for work that isn't finished. If there's a problem, our team will look into it and sort it out fairly. Both sides are protected.
What tasks can I post?

Almost anything — repairs, errands, market runs, pharmacy pickups, cleaning, tutoring, graphic design, photography, carpentry, delivery, AC servicing, web development, makeup, tailoring, and more. Physical or digital — if you can describe it, helpa finds someone to do it.
